Celebrating Success: Our Edmonton Charity Golf Tournament is SOLD OUT!

We are thrilled to announce that our Edmonton charity golf tournament is officially SOLD OUT! All 18 holes have been sponsored, and we have an impressive 144 registered participants. The last of the sponsorships will posted next week.

As we've been getting set up for our Edmonton tournament on July 19, now to prepare for Fort McMurray on August 22!

Swinging those clubs becomes more meaningful when it contributes to something greater. The Weaving Roots Foundation is a nonprofit organization. As we build our foundation, we intend to establish multiple initiatives in support of our vision. Such as the creation of a bursary program for Indigenous youth ending their high school careers, who wish to enter the workforce and practical “on the job” training and mentoring opportunities. This year, Weaving Roots Foundation is hosting not one, but two Charity Golf Tournaments! We will be returning to Cougar Creek in the Edmonton area in June, and adding a tournament at the Fort McMurray Golf Club in August. These tournaments are our major fundraisers, allowing us to strive towards our mission: to provide charity in the form of education, training, and community wellness initiatives, primarily for Indigenous Peoples and their communities throughout Canada.
