Vegan short bread , alongside mince pies and lemon curd ☺️
Been a busy time of year and I feel I'm behind but I did manage to do a heap of cookies for my nieces and nephews and also there granny to decorate 🤣 she does love her cookie decorating time ☺️ the kids had brilliant crack , just a simple sugar cookie and icing bags .

Happy Crimbo Eve , or just happy Friday for some 😊🥰,,
So my ham is humongous 😂,, she had her steeping time then her boil up and get frothy time and now she is in her simmer time fully loaded with cider and all the trimmings,, I'll be back in 3-4 hours time for when she hits the oven for her golden glaze 😘,, hope your kitchen prep is going well , if not pour another baileys and hope for the best 😂

So folks , I seen a link this morning about 3 ingredients chicken nuggets!! Using chicken in a can 😅 you herd me right , CHICKEN IN A CAN 🙈😂,, any way seeing as I wouldn't even know where to get chicken in a can i I decided to give it a bash with some cooked chicken breast. Omg no joke lads these are like chicken nuggets and I guarantee your kiddos will love them and they took all of five mins to perp and 20 to cook in an air fryer .
I used one cooked chicken breast
A good full hand full of grated white cheese
One large egg
That's it folks as simple as that .
Mash down the chicken breast using a folk then add the egg and cheese and mix together well with your fork .
Scoop small amounts and shape into nuggets 2"x1" less than 1/2" thickness
Pop into your air fryer at 200° for 20 minutes
