Hey everyone! We have extended our applications until April 2nd to give everyone the opportunity to apply during this busy time.

Queen's Space Conference is going into our 13th year of operation. Over this time period, we have brought in over 70 total speakers from across the space industry and academia to inspire, educate, and connect with QSC delegates. QSC continues to provide opportunities to students interested in learning about and participating in the space industry, related research, and outreach.

We are looking for passionate Queen's students for our executive team next year! We are hiring Directors and Coordinators for QSC 2025.

We have 7 total sub teams as seen above, including Sponsorships, Speakers, Marketing, Delegates, Logistics, Finance, and IT. Each team is lead by a Director and most teams have 1-2 Coordinators.

This Wednesday Oct. 25th, QSC will be hosting space themed trivia night at Clark Hall Pub! Trivia will start at 8:00pm (19+), however we will also have a guest speaker beforehand! At 6:30pm, Dr. Nathan Deg will be giving a presentation on all things galaxies (all ages welcome) and pizza will be provided! Can’t wait to see you there!

The Queen’s Space Conference (QSC) is an annual space conference held in Kingston, Ontario. The conference is centered around a series of exciting talks, innovative workshops, and networking opportunities. The QSC coordinators work towards creating an amazing conference and there are a wide range of positions available. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the community, work alongside like minded people and network within the industry! The executive team works with the directors and the co-chairs to plan and run the conference, held in the winter semester. QSC is a great opportunity to meet new people and gain valuable skills and experience!
