Family class was busy with newbie shout outs to Oliver John Dave Ellen and Abigail, welcome along, hard cardio sessions this evening with pad work towards the end, 2nd session was a mix of Tuls step sparring and self defense, good work all,till next time be safe 👊

Pad work and sparring featured heavily this evening good work everyone, onto looking at our self defense for grading, black belts mixed it up performing tuls with weapons instead of using our hands, till next time be safe 👊

The first session was tops this evening, reaction and distraction training with step sparring, second session well let's just say Moby and Flowers 😂, some work needed on theory 🤔, line work and tuls to finish them off, heads in books everyone, Halloween is coming 👹, till next time be safe 👊

First session this evening was more traditional linework then followed by sparring moves again in line, second session was free sparring then finishing off with something alitte different again line work but done in a way that got the grey matter working, good work, till next time be safe 👊

This evening at Netherseal village hall Little Ninjas 5-5.45 (
5-8 years old) Family Taekwondo class from 6pm new comers welcome to come along.

Open doors training session tomorrow at Netherseal doors open at 1pm we will be hold short demos every 30 minutes from 1.15pm everyone is welcome to call in say hello or ask about any of the classes Knee high Ninjas, traditional family classes or Adults only maybe even Korean kick boxing.

At the Knee high Ninjas class this evening Parker gained his yellow belt, top work young man, everyone else was giving there all as we started to practice low blocks, we still have a few spaces available in the class, till next time be safe 👊
