New Change/ Cancellation Fee Structure
With effect from 1st April 2015, we are changing our Change and Cancellation Fee (“Fees”) Structure. The Fees will now vary according to the time before the flight when the cancellation or change is made. The details are as follows:
Domestic:
Time of change/ cancellation Applicable Fee (For bookings made w.e.f. 1st April 2015)
30 days or more before scheduled departure Rs. 1,250 per passenger per segment
7 to 30 days before scheduled departure Rs. 1,500 per passenger per segment
48 hours to 7 days before scheduled departure Rs. 2,000 per passenger per segment
2-48 hours before scheduled departure Rs. 2,250 per passenger per segment
0-2 hours before scheduled departure No Show Charges will be applicable
