Meditation and Asanas, the home practice
I have always wanted a solid home practice.
I found a few instructors on Youtube that I connected with. I was dedicated for a while, then needed a little push, aka a yoga studio.
After having this internal conflict, I decided that the benefits of a home practice far outweigh the studio regarding time and ease.
The difficult part of starting anything new is the first step, then three days later.
Are you still in the flow? If you are, keep going!
It's worth you're worth it, and it feels great!
Asanas is and can be a form of meditation. Breathe Centric infused with postures can elevate the practice.
Meditation isn't about silence, and it isn't about the time you sit. It is about the intention to get clear and make the next right decision for you. To connect with your higher self with God, whomever you choose to call the source of creation.

Sesame seed oil is one of my favorite base oils for skin care.
The benefits are; it supports the nervous system (self-massage) and helps the follicles by reducing breakage and hair loss.
Contains several anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
You can use it in oil pulling instead of coconut oil. I highly recommend exploring what this oil can do for you.
Tip; Dry brush before your bath and after warm-up a small bottle; once you have dried off, apply the oil to your skin.
