‼️AMT will be taking over the 11:00 AM time slot tomorrow (May 3rd) for I Heart UD Day!‼️
Every year, Assistive Medical Technologies (AMT) hosts a bi-annual workshop where we build customized and adaptive Power Wheels cars for children with disabilities.
The purpose of these workshops is to provide a device that will forever change children’s lives. These cars are personalized for every child’s needs while giving them the ability to move around independently (and in style). There is nothing like seeing a child’s face light up when they realize that they can control their new sweet ride by themselves.
Unfortunately, the materials and cars needed to create the perfect device for everyone are pricey. At AMT, we do not believe that a family and their child should lose their mobility due to monetary struggles. Our goal is to have our cars be completely free for our families, meaning AMT would cover all of the costs needed to build and personalize their car. That’s why we’re participating in I Heart UD Giving Day, to provide more cars to more families, and more smiles to more children.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and we thank you for your support. The link can be found in our bio💙
