The picture's are clear illustrations on why your air conditioning unit should be cleaned regularly. The filter hold's dead skins, dust's and air born disease's that cause sickness and harm to all who are exposed to them. They pass threw the filter and get blown into the conditioned areas.
Picture two is of a filter that was located close to a kitchen, It was heavily covered in oil that caused the indoor unit drain to block and cause damage to the ceiling from over flowing water.

Is your Air Conditioning unit in your way? Not a problem for OzKozee.
This unit was positioned on the floor blocking access to the outdoor gas connection so we decided to lift it up past the 1st floor.
