So honoured to be able to make a new artwork as a form of resistance to be included in FAULTLINES - GAZA 355 upcoming exhibition organised by

The Exhibition will include 355 pieces of creative work, featuring written word, poetry, art as creative, positive acts of resistance for the 355 bullets that k1lled 6 year old Hind Rajab in G4za. The work will be sold to raise funds for G4za and I hope my beautiful P4lestine Sunbird will help to contribute to this incredible fundraiser.

The exhibition is set to take place around 23rd November in Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK.

I enjoyed being alone with my thoughts while making my collage artwork on Sunday afternoon. The beauty of this P4lestine Sunbird made me reflect on all the beautiful kids in G4za I’ve seen shared on social media this past year, their beautiful smiles. They are loving, beautiful and warm people and I hope this artwork reflects that ❤️🇸🇩🤲🏻

I’m looking forward to taking part in this Festive Fayre next month, in one of my favourite towns and venues! ✨🌊🎄

Had a really lovely day ‘popping up’ in Diss on Saturday. Sitting making some jewellery surrounded by colourful yarns and weaving looms, was a home away from home for me! Thank you for having me, had some lovely chats with visitors and artists and makers and some lovely catch ups with and too ☺️🙌💖

New batch of recycled Button Hairties ready for Festival 🪡 🧵

Thanks to those of you who sent across guesses for what kind of softie I was making yesterday 🙌 Frances guessed it was a giraffe 🦒 and here he is - meet Joseph the Giraffe! Crafted from upcycled lemon yellow cashmere with appliquéd patches of cashmere and lambswool adding his distinctive markings and colourful fairisle long legs. He’ll be heading on safari to Lowestoft in a few weeks time for festival to party at the beach 🏖️

Back on the sewing table today, making some new creations for First Light Festival in a few weeks time. Any guesses on what this new softie is going to be??? 😊

I’ll be taking part in the Craft Fair at Thetford Guildhall this Sunday 26th May and Bank Holiday Monday 27th May 10am to 3pm. There will be lots of family entertainment and the Continental Market as well ☺️
