Create a circuit where you do each exercise back to back for 3-5 rounds! For those looking to increase mass up the weight, lower the reps and move with slow controlled movement with 3 sec pause Reps! Good luck 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

‼️ AFFIRMATIONS ‼️ one thing I notice is that I’m not that cautious of how I speak to myself. Words are so so so so powerful. I vow to firmly believe and state my affirmations daily. I’m super harsh on myself especially since I feel like I should be way further then I am. I had to step back and understand timing, also that if my work ethic is not matching my ambition I should not complain.
