The dogs are waiting patiently to take their share of the cow meats and bone.
The person who took this picture is the butcher, only the cow is not aware of the whole situations.

The student of course, was taught how to forge and rig her way why would Jamb astonished?

Suppose illegality was not celebrated openly like INEC swearing in a President who didn't win election . A President who forged certificateI and no trace from Primary to University Education, If Nigeria didn't accept , celebrate officials who rig elections , a student of that age won't think of such a state crime to forge and rig her scores to emerge Number one with the view to be celebrated openly.
