Not digging the chest pushout with a weighted plate? Having a hard time maintaining a nice stable grip? Try this movement with a barbell instead to activate that upper chest. Again, due to the nature of this movement, anterior delts will be activated as well. Important tips for completing this exercise properly: core activated, slight bend in those knees, glutes activated, scapula and ribs down.
