We are delighted to share a heartwarming initiative by Bharati Vidyapeeth's English Medium High School, Dhankawadi. Under the guidance of our Principal Ma'am and the support of our management, our students engaged in a special Rakhi-making activity, followed by a vibrant exhibition.The students poured their creativity and love into crafting beautiful Rakhis, which were proudly displayed at the school exhibition.
Each Rakhi symbolized the deep bond of love and respect, and these were later gifted to our brave soldiers as a token of gratitude for their selfless service to our nation.
This initiative not only showcased the artistic talents of our students but also instilled in them the values of patriotism, gratitude, and selflessness.

Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium Highschool, Dhankawadi was a vibrant and heartwarming event that brought together students, teachers, and staff to honor the beautiful bond between siblings. Main motive behind taking this activity was to make the students identify the different parts of Skeletal System and to know the importance of it.

On 9/08/2024 Science Activity was conducted for Grade IV on
Topic- . To prepare Lemon Juice
Main motive behind taking this activity was to make the students identify Solute , Solvent and understand when Solute( sugar , salt , lemon) dissolves in Solvent( water) , we get the Solution ( lemon juice). With the activity students enjoyed their own made lemon juice.

On 9/08/2024 Science Activity was conducted for Grade III on
Topic- .Bird (Parts of a bird's body)
Main motive behind taking this activity was to make the students aware about the different parts of a bird's body .

On 9/08/2024 EVS Activity was conducted for Grade II on
Topic- Types Of Houses.
Main motive behind taking this activity was to make the students aware about the different types of houses and to understand the Kutcha house and Pucca house.

Independence Day Celebration Primary Section

Raksha Bandhan is one of the most endearing ways to celebrate the bond between brothers and sisters. To strengthen this bond, Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium High School conducted a ‘Rakhi –making’ Activity for the students of grade I to VIII . The students enthusiastically participated in the activity as they got an opportunity to exhibit their talent.

An innovative activity Pick and Speak on Freedom Fighters was conducted by primary section of Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium High School Dhankawadi, Pune on 14.8.24
Students showcased their knowledge and enthusiasm for India's freedom fighters. The event encouraged students to learn more about the country's history and appreciate the sacrifices made by these brave individuals.

On the occasion of Independence Day, Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium High School, Dhankawadi, organized a vibrant celebration on 13th August 2024, that deeply inspired patriotism and historical awareness among students. The event began with an energetic house-wise dance competition where students passionately displayed their love for the nation. This was followed by a poignant Hindi skit reenacting the tragic Jallianwala Bagh massacre.Our revered Principal applauded the students' powerful performances.

Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium High School Dhankwadi Pune has organized the Fancy Dress competition (theme Kranti Divas) for the students of grade 1&2. The main objective of this competition was to develop cognitive skills and confidence in the students. The competition provides a great learning experience for the students and gives them a platform to explore their talents.

traditional fervour and gaity.The premises was decorated to give a festive look. Our revered Principal Ms Madhavi K hoisted the flag followed by a speech where she highlighted the hopes and dreams of those great souls.

On August 13th, 2024, Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium High School in Dhankawadi, Pune, organized a rally for students of grades 9 and 11 as part of the 'Tobacco-Free Educational Institutions' initiative led by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The rally aimed to raise awareness among students about the harmful effects of to***co consumption, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a to***co-free environment in educational institutions. Through this initiative, the school sought to empower students with knowledge and encourage them to adopt a healthier, to***co-free lifestyle

An English activity on Pronouns was conducted for Highschool section

The flowchart of pronouns involves mapping out steps that help students identify and use pronouns correctly.
This flowchart also guides students through the process of identifying nouns and replacing them with the correct pronouns in sentences

On 9/08/2024, SST activity was conducted for Grade V on the topic Climate . The objective behind taking this activity was to make students aware of factors that affect the climate of place.

On 7/08/2024 SST Activity was conducted for Grade IV on topic- Agriculture in India.Main motive behind taking this activity was to make the students aware of different types of crops, their names and the states where it is grown.

"The students of Grade 3rd & 4th engaged in a grammar articles topic activity, where they learned and practiced using definite and indefinite articles (the, a, an) correctly in sentences. Through this interactive activity, they improved their understanding of article usage and enhanced their writing skills."

Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium High School Dhankawadi organized Hindi Story telling Competition for the grade I to V of primary section as a part of monthly co-curricular Activity on 7th August 2024. The event achieved its objectives of encouraging creativity and improving public speaking skills, enhance students’ creative thinking, improve communication skills, and encourage a love for storytelling.
Our revered Principal, Ms Madhavi K appreciated the performances of the children.

On 6.8.24, Procter & Gamble (P&G) conducted an informative and interactive session on Health and Hygiene for the girls of Standard 5 and 6 at Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium Highschool, Dhankawadi . The primary goal of the session was to educate young girls about catamenia and to promote hygiene, and also to create awareness about the physical and emotional changes they experience during the period.

On 3rd August ,2024 Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium Highschool, Dhankawadi, organized ‘An Exhibition of Art ,Craft and Science '‘Exploration Expo 2024’ . Students ebulliently participated in the exhibition and showcased their intrinsic prowess through various models based on various subjects like Madhubani Paintings, Sketches of Eminent Personalities, models of old machines, models of human body, Mural Art, etc
Our esteemed Principal Ms Madhavi K extolled the students for their incessant efforts and scientific and artistic accomplishments that they exhibited through their presentations.
