What we initially see is often an effect ... and not the cause .
In asana- yoga postures- we can witness physical strength, flexibility, balance and ease- these are all effects of an unseen, internal cause-the yearning for truth, understanding and peace .
This yearning- when answered, develops discernment, devotion, confidence, sincerity and focus .
Qualities which may, upon closer look, be visible to the heart.

Life is not a synonym to struggle, it's a process.
All aasanas are made up of non physical qualities like curiosity, will power, mental focus, persistent, devotion, offering and acceptance.
Practicing aasana regularly and sincerely unveil and cultivates these qualities. Aasana is also gateway practice to the more internal yogic practices as well as a bridge to the yogic community- a Sangha
What is balance?
Balance is the ability to move or to remain in a position without losing control or falling. We all know the definition .But the question is How can we find that inside us? And to that the answer is simple it's not your body that gives you a balanced posture it's the mind, a balanced mind holds a balanced life.
