Wisdom demands that when we engage in competitions we consider the possible outcomes. At the very core of the journey that led to January 18th 2023 was a deep desire to serve the people of St. John’s Rural West and though I am so very very humbled by those who received me and gave me their support, I accept with the greatest of respect and understanding, the voice of the majority.

I am honored to have been a part of a team that faithfully stood with me and believed in my vision for Rural West. I thank them and every voter who went to the polls in support of that vision.

I offer my congratulations to the newly elected representative Richard Lewis and wish him well during his tenure.

I congratulate every person who prevailed at the polls and for those of us who did not, we should be encouraged that the voice of the people is the voice of God.

The General Elections are now over. Let us move forward as “one people, with one history, one heritage and the same destiny”

I will engage government, concerned citizens and corporations, to institute a street lighting programme, complimented with surveillance cameras, to assist the Police in the exercise of their duties.
