Today marks the 25th anniversary of aJeanté! 🥂🍾

It's hard to believe that 25 years ago, a dream was set into motion that would grow into the brand we know and love today. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who have supported us on this incredible journey.

To commemorate this milestone, I wanted to share the very first article written about aJeanté 25 years ago. It's a beautiful reminder of how far we've come, and none of it would have been possible without the unwavering support from all of you.

Meet our designer!

Fashion designer, Jean- Marie Thomas, has had a passion and instinctive aptitude for fashion from an incredibly young age. After studying at the Carmen Penco School of Fashion Design in Trinidad and Tobago, Jean-Marie Thomas launched the aJeanté brand at the grand opening of aJeanté’s boutique and production studio in Antigua and Barbuda in 1998.

Thomas is a fashion industry expert with over twenty-five years’ experience in business development, design concepts, pattern drafting and grading, garment production, fashion marketing, and distribution. Jean-Marie Thomas creates vacation inspired designs under the aJeanté brand, which are recognized both regionally and internationally. Most designs are available as B2B wholesale to retailers of luxury resort wear while custom fit couture gowns are available for special occasions.
