Alhamdullilah Case done by me 2 years back.Pt was advised 3 implants and sinus lifting but he was scared by some dentist about DSL and bone augmentation.So i place only 24 and 26 avoiding sinus lifting.Everthing was fine but pt was not satisfied with mastication ability.I discuss with him about missing 27 and 28 and convinced him at minimal invasive sinus lifting.So i proceed for ISL,sticky bone followed by PRF membrane and 2 more implants.45NCm+ torque was achieved.
