it goes without saying that the body butter below is rinsed of after it's rubbed into the body. :) Unless you want to be chased but peanut butter lovers, :). it's a good idea to apply the peanut butter body while standing in your bath tub. enjoy!
Try this strangely decadent body butter - 2 heaping tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of water. mix well, except for peanuts and massage into damp skin.If hungry eat it too!

An easy and fast way to create a great aromatherapy cream or lotion is to just add essential oils to a cream you already have, preferably unscented. Just shake in about 10 drops, and viola, instant aromatic cream. rose, lavender and jasmine are great to add. :)

The Bomb - best bath bomb recipe
Dry ingredients - 1 cup of baking soda, 1/2 cup of cornstarch, 1/4 cup epsom salts, 1/2 cup of citric acid
Wet ingredients - 2 3/4 tbsp of almond oil, 3/4 tbsp water, 11/2 tsp essential oil, colorant (optional)
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and separately in a cup or bowl mix wet, a whisk works great.
Whisk quickly adding wet ingredients, be careful not to fizz, and then press into moles and let dry overnight. Enjoy!
