“TOTAL AWARENESS MEDITATION” (TAM) is a new meditation process integrating body awareness, social interaction, emotional release and silence WHAT. WHY.
“TOTAL AWARENESS MEDITATION” (TAM) is a meditation process integrating body awareness, social interaction, emotional release and silence. You develop and practice awareness and acceptance of who you are and, at the same time, you expand in the totality you need to create a fulfilling life. The TAM Meditation Process & Stages:
- Stage 1: You are first invited to connect with and relax in your body
. You become mindful, open and receptive to your own self. You expand and train Self-Acceptance and Presence.
- Stage 2: In the next stage you are then invited to maintain Self-Awareness and yet to become active, to meet others through a different set of exercises. Social interaction is a meditative activity.
- Stage 3: Through shake, dance, breath, gibberish and more, you are now invited to consciously use your body to release and let go of negative thoughts and emotions. You practice totality and wellbeing.
- Stage 4: As the cycle from receptivity to action is complete, you sit in silence. Nowhere to go, nothing to do, you move to your own center: the practice is now Buddhahood. Practicing TAM & Benefits:
- TAM is beneficial to the body. Through body scan, shaking, and other techniques you relax, move, release physical tensions and toxins.
- TAM is beneficial to your mind and soul as you practice mindfulness and emotional awareness/release.
- TAM is beneficial to your life: you learn to be honest and present to yourself and with others. Developing in totality and awareness, you expand your skills to create a fulfilling life.
