If it wasn’t corrupt in some way why was there a sudden reschedule on Monday and WHY did they use the smallest court room POSSIBLE and shut most of us out in a different court room watching from a screen? 📺

The Adirondack Park Agency, which hasn’t voted to send a project to an adjudicatory hearing since 2007, voted today to approve the Lake George Park Commission’suse of a chemical herbicide in Lake George without an adjudicatory hearing. This despite hundreds of public comments in opposition to the treatments and new information indicating that the active ingredient in the chemical qualifies as a PFAS compound.

Will Governor Kathy Hochul step in to address this with her state agencies, the and the Lake George Park Commission ?

Lake George needs you to show your opposition to putting ProcellaCOR in the Lake by attending a Monday hearing at the Warren County Municipal Center.

WHEN: Monday, June 24. Please arrive by 10 a.m.

WHERE: Warren County Municipal Center Supreme Court, 1340 US-9, Lake George, NY

WHY: Friday evening, the Warren County Supreme Court issued a temporary restraining order to keep the Lake George Park Commission (LGPC) from applying ProcellaCOR until arguments can be heard on Monday morning. At 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Justice Muller will hear both sides of the issue and rule whether to issue a preliminary injunction to prevent the LGPC from putting ProcellaCOR into Lake George until the case filed on June 20 is heard and determined on the merits.

Unless the court rules to issue a preliminary injunction, the LGPC likely will put ProcellaCOR into Lake George this coming week!

Attempting to submit a public comment on the APA Adirondack Park Agency ? Website which the Lake George Park Commission said we could submit a comment but I was unable to.

Just like yesterday how they voted to force poison and kill people and the environment BEFORE even listening to the community who was AGAINST the poison herbicide.

This is exactly how it went: they had ppl speak in favor of the herbicide, then they voted & passed the permit… then they waited until the very end and let us speak out against the herbicide but they already voted….
