MetalReady Machinery is excited to announce the installation of another fully automated system from Prim Power at a Central Wisconsin Company. This system has several SBe8 (Shear Brilliance Punch Shear Combination Machines), Panel Benders, and the Night Train. The Night Train is the supermarket with raw material, work in process parts, and Kanban part storage. The NT serves up raw material to a fast load single sheet loading device for the blanking process. The PSR (Part Stacking Robot) re-sequences the parts coming from the SBe to the Express Bender in the sequence needed for single piece flow. All of this is handled by Prima’s Powerful Software running in Batch Mode in the background.

MetalReady Machinery is proud to announce a Prima Power LPBB (Laser Punch Buffer Bend) Installation in our Western WI Territory. True AUTOMATION means raw material to finished formed part. This system does just that:

1. Prima Power CG 1530 – Punch Fiber Laser combination machine with Tapping unit.
2. Raw Material Storage Tower that not only stores flat sheets, it is also responsible for dealing with skeletons after processing. Allowing the system to run unattended.
3. Loading of raw material.
4. Prima Power LSR – Loading raw material, Sorting/Stacking/Buffering of parts from the Laser area, before going to the Automated Bender.
5. Prima Power Direct to Bend Connection.
6. Prima Power PCD Device – Allowing parts from outside the system from another blanking source as well as flipping the part if needed before bending
7. Prima Power interface for part or skeleton removal from the tower.
8. Prima Power EBe – Automated Panel Bender that is able to accept parts from the CG/LSR or from outside of the system from another blanking source.
9. Finished formed parts
