This year we are up for more🚀💪🏻
More than 4 years ago we started our adventure in Gdańsk.
Without a company name, without an office, without at least one person in place.
Thomas Hellstrøm and Henning Støverud managed to inspire 7 people to believe in their vision and get them to develop great HR apps used all around the world. Our fist office space was a conference room in a friendly head-hunting agency, the first project was a simple back-end service.
Many things have changed from this moment. Now with the assistance of almost 30 great colleagues (6 out of 7 hired during the first months are still with us), every day we get involved in improving all Talentech products. Renowned and completely new. Such as developing, testing, prototyping. Working on back-end, front-end, with cloud infrastructure and on premise hosting.
The spacial event that took pace last May will be well remembered on our timeline. After almost 2 years of preparation, we moved to a new office space located on the last floor of Matarnia Office Park which is designed from scratch to meet all our needs. New spaces inspire us and give possibilities to unleash our ideas and plans.
Finally I want to thank all of the coworkers. All of whom are contributing to our journey and pushing our company forward. Our success would have never happened without them. Our diligence and daily astute decisions have brought us here, where we are now. And this is the next checkpoint, chapter on our timeline but not the final one. "Appetite comes with eating", so take a deep breath, get back to work and look forward to future challenges.

As a full-stack developer at Talentech you will work with analysis, design and development of our web-based recruitment platform, ReachMee Talent. You will join a cross-functional team where experts in UX, frontend, backend, test and dev-ops work together to deliver high-quality solutions with a strong focus on usability and user experience. You will be given the opportunity to work on any and every component of the application. Whether it is writing client-side modules in JavaScript/Angular, templates using Bootstrap, or web services in Python/Flask – there will always be a new challenge to keep things interesting, both within current and new products.
To enjoy and succeed in this role you need a few years of web development experience. Hands-on experience in Docker and container orchestration and experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines towards cloud (preferably Azure) is a merit. You appreciate working in a varied role with close collaboration with the entire team. Good communication skills in English are required, and you have experience with the following techniques and frameworks:

About the role
Head of IT operations is a manager position with technical responsibility of how Talentech operate as a SaaS company and as a devops with most emphasis on the operations part for our services. Talentech consists of several multi-tenant SaaS products within recruitment, onboarding and talent development and have more than 200.000 active users and 8.8 million job applications using our recruitment systems in 2020. Each development team work autonomously on developing and hosting the services and the responsibilities for the Head of IT operations position will be:
Working with development teams to secure and operate the infrastructure we run our services on
Streamline the usage of infrastructure and monitoring tools across environments
Keep inventory of the server infrastructure and PaaS across teams and promote infrastructure as code
Implementation of security features, documentation, and assessment of compliance on the infrastructure
Manage domain names, DNS configuration and certificates
Work as admin on cloud vendors like AWS, DigitalOcean and Azure
Managing Group IT in Talentech such as AzureAD, O365 and other common tools we use.
The Head of IT operations will also be a key person to make use of internal systems and tools in Talentech to improve our processes and be able to work efficiently together. The role is a part of the technical leadership group in Talentech and reports to the CTO.
We are an international team with development hubs in Oslo, Stockholm and Gdansk and this position can be placed in any of these locations.
Qualifications:
Understanding the cloud architecture around web apps, database, storage, queues, workers, and network is key to help the teams operate the services in a common streamlined way. At least 5 years of experience with both web farms on VM and cloud architecture is required in this position.
The right person has excellent communication skills and use this to work with the teams in multiple locations and with the rest of the organisation.

As a QA Manager you will be responsible for the test strategy for a portfolio of SaaS products, test automation and tools. You will work hands on with teams to automate test cases, coach other QA Engineers and continuously improve the quality of our products.
You need to be enthusiastic in what you do and provide structure and tools to the teams to achieve great quality. We are an international team with development hubs in Oslo, Stockholm and Gdansk and this position can be placed in any of these locations. The position is a permanent employment with start date determined by agreement.
Qualifications:
To enjoy and succeed in this role we believe you have been working with quality assurance and software testing of web applications for at least 5 years. The e-Learning Content Developer creates and delivers engaging training content, primarily video and SCORM, used for training both employees and customers in Talentech.
Main responsibilites
• Understand Talentech as a company and its products.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, subject matter experts (SME’s), and other stakeholders to provide relevant learning content.
• Create and deliver learning materials such as videos, SCORM objects, articles, infographics, and others.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of content design templates.
• Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment.
• Develop and add relevant content to existing programs, as needed.
• Be a key resource in beta tests before full roll-out.
• Ensure focus on sleek design and user experience.
Required qualifications
• Have a relevant degree in for example e-learning or graphic design or experience working with e-learning or video content creation.
• Experience with or understanding of LMS system, authoring tools like Captivate, graphical layout, digital audio, and video.
• A creative thinker with a good eye for design and user experience.
• A storyteller who can simplify complex information.
• Ability to prioritize multiple high priority activities and establish realistic schedules to meet requirements.
• Enjoy working systematically and methodically.
• Be fluent in English, both oral and written (Full Professional Proficiency).
