Shahi falooda Ingredients 1 litre milk Fine rice vermicelli 1/2 pack boiled and drained. Tsp cardamon powder 1/2 cup double cream 1tsp kewra wster 1 tsp rose water 2 bay leaves 1 cinnamon stick 1 cup sugar or according to your taste 8 oz condensed milk 8 oz evaporated milk 1/3 rooh afza 1/4 basil seeds 2 cups water Two packets of Ahmad strawberry jelly To serve Clotted cream Ice cream For garnish Pistachio and rose petals Method Add water and milk in a large pan add cinnamon stick, cardamon and bay leaves. Bring to boil and on low flame stir continuously for 45 minutes. Next add condensed milk, evaporated milk, kewra and rose water, stir for further 15 minutes. Then add double cream stirring continuously on low flame. Bring to second boil and cool the milk before adding the vermicelli,basil seeds and rooh afza. To serve Add jelly Then pour the mixture and add ice cream and a dollop of clotted cream on top, pour the rooh afza syrup and sprinkle pistachio and rose petals to garnish.
