💥 Our Garneau Fourplex hit the market in February at $1.4 million. We were pending within two weeks, but unfortunately (as with most things in life) Plan A didn’t work out. We continued to actively market the property and were able to find an out of province buyer for this amazing investment property! Congratulations to both our sellers and buyers!
💥 We were approached by a wonderful family to sell their beloved rental bungalow in Bellevue. It had housed all of their kids as they attended post-secondary at one point of another and held many fond memories. After only 3 days the property was in multiple offers and SOLD to one of DaveSells’ long standing clients, where it will continue to serve as a home for their kids as they attend school. We are so happy that we could serve both our sellers and our buyers in such a mutually beneficial way!
💥 At the end of February we began helping a young couple in their house hunting journey. They had already been shopping for over a year and still hadn’t been able to find the one. Due to the lack of inventory in their price range it took us several months of showings to finally find a perfect fit. In an 11-way multiple offer we were able to secure this stunning home for our amazing clients without even having one of the highest offers. We are so thrilled that they found their dream home, and for a steal of a deal to top it all off!
