It’s Good Friday and Easter coming up ! There’s a lot of stress with parents of little ones, it’s not easy being an Easter bunny and making a big supper!
So let’s take the time if it’s to drink our coffee in peace or a step outside to get fresh air for a minute or two, let’s start taking care of ourselves with little steps that make us feel good😄
Be patience with yourself and the ones around you, every step is a step to a new journey

As the end of the day nears let’s take a moment to appreciate the little things that happened today.
It’s easy to focus on the bad and the things that complicated the day, but even if it’s just one small thing like the sun shining, or the birds chirping, or the smell of coffee.☕️
So let’s end the night with some evening/nighttime affirmations and some positivity!💕

A daily reminder that you are loved! You are cared about and that you matter!

Goodmorning and happy spooky season!
This month is one of my favourites as it allows us to embrace our wild and creative side! There’s tons of things to do and that you can do like pumpkin cravings, taking a walk to enjoy all the colours the world has to offer, and a chance to dress however way we want(even though you can dress however you want whenever you!) to be a scary monster, to become a princess, the ideas are all over the place.
So without any delays here are a couple crafts to do this month! It’s fun for all ages!

We would like to take a moment to honour our Aboriginal communities and our Aboriginal ancestry.
Today is an emotional day for a lot of people as it shows us the start of a change, the start to the voices of the Aboriginal communities being heard, we will not be quiet any longer and we stand together 🧡
So don’t forget to wear something orange and to thanks to the creator, every day is a blessing 🧡

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s okay! Sometimes we have to stop, refocus and regroup, our journeys are all unique and you can’t always compare your journey to someone’s else cause they can be struggling just as much as you so share a little bit of kindness or even just a smile!
