🎨SOLD first thing this morning: my acrylic, done en Plein Air, “Oncoming Storm over Lake DeFuniak.” I‘m so excited this little painting went to a couple who have been coming in to visit it for some time. The wife said she grew up in DeFuniak and fondly remembered how the sky looked over the lake as a storm was rolling in.🎨

This show is one of the many free, family-friendly events during the Assembly weekend. Learn to weave this handy basket with Jan Faubel on Saturday, January 28, 10-3-ish at the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida. It has a 6” round wooden base and will hold 4 large rolls of toilet paper, 2 large rolls of paper towels, umbrellas, walking sticks, or dried flowers. Participants may choose their own colors to create their own pattern preferences. Sign up at the museum no later than January 21.
