I’ve had so many requests for healing elements balm (one of my favorites) to help with dry/cracked skin and all over moisture.

Tonight I am MAKING IT to yoga. This time of year, med changes, and life itself has made it difficult for me to even get out of bed in the morning.

Instead of criticizing myself for all the yoga sessions missed, I am loving myself today for making it tonight.
