HAPPY MONDAY ! ✌🏼
I saw this post and I just had to share it.

I absolutely love this way of looking at Monday’s, it has become such a societal norm to look at Monday’s with a negative outlook which is not a great way to start your week off.

We should view the beginning of the week as a time to start fresh, to look for new opportunities, even if the week before felt like a dumpster fire put that behind us a strive for better.

Some ways to start your week on a positive note you can ;
✨prep the night before- use Sunday evenings to make your meals even if you don’t do that the whole week I know not everyone works the typical 9-5 Monday to Friday jobs so it can seem overwhelming but even doing a couple days of meal prep ahead will make a huge difference.
✨plan your day ahead - lay your clothes out , put aside what you’ll need for breakfast together in the fridge so you are scrambling to find ingredients for a quick healthy meal.
✨MAKE YOUR BED- honestly I think this is so important for starting your day, by achieving even that small task you’re aligning organization in your day.
✨establish a morning and night routine- working on getting up at the same time every day, even on weekends if you can and going to bed at around the same time I usually give myself between 9-10pm , because then I can guarantee I’m getting the rest I need and waking up when I need to accomplish tasks that need to be done without feeling exhausted.
