By far the bendiest person I’ve ever stretched! is struggling with back pain from poor posture and carrying her little girl on her hip for years! She is going to have regular stretches and posture correction to fix this 🤸🏽♀️🤸🏻♀️

Retired ex legend was in tonight for his first deep stretch, years of playing footy without an adequate stretch routine has left him feeling the effects on his body!! Regular sessions are most definitely going to decrease his aches and pains, improve his range of motion and posture, help prevent injuries as he’s still playing weekly ⚽️⚽️ looking forward to seeing you improve an get into tha crab 🦀 🤣🤣
Deep stretch with added@into her already jammed packed schedule of CrossFit, Owen water swims and bein a member of the TA, Lydia is taking the time to look after her spine, loosen her muscles and joint and create longevity!

Tracking weight and food on an app gives you the ability to see where bad habits creeping in will ultimately result in weight gain but also to see where consistency and hard work will get you back to where you want to be!
I highly recommend tracking food it takes minutes to do and it’s pretty much like seeing what you have spent your set calories on that day! If you over spend cut back then next day so as over the week you still have the calories in your account!
Everyone had the time to do this no matter how busy your lifestyle!

I am delighted tha this little legend has managed to get his first half an hour on the pitch under his belt pain free!! He works so hard in his stretch sessions well done mate ⚽️⚽️

Servers Disease is a common condition in children aged 9-15 that causes pain around the heel bone (calcaneus). It affects children going through a growth spurt and/or those who participate in lots of physical activities such as running and football.
Typically servers disease will cause a stabbing pain in the bottom of the foot near the heel following activity or when walking.
Maintaining good flexibility will prevent or alleviate the severity of pain caused by this condition and also lower a child’s risk of injuries during a growth spurt.
This little star Mitchell is having to take some time off the pitch as he’s in quite a bit of pain, but he’s working hard with his stretch sessions and will be back to it soon!! Well done mate 🌟🌟

11lb ⬇️ in 7 weeks of training and tracking her food and is starting to see massive results in both her weight, shape and fitness levels.. she’s progressing every week with her sessions and today was introduced to chest to floor burpees and absolutely smashed them!!
