The Nigerian economy is progressing and is taken as an emerging market for businesses and good place for foreign investments, as such leading to inflow of foreigners in Nigeria with the aim to do business in Nigeria.
However, Nigeria is not a place you just enter and start trading or conducting your business activities. This is because the Nigerian business ecosystem or environment is regulated by laws. To Carryout businesses in Nigeria the following steps must be taken to set up such business in Nigeria as a foreigner:
1. Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission. A business with foreign participation has a minimum share capital threshold which is 10 million share capital. However, there is unsettled 100 million provided by the handbook.
2. The next is your registration with NIPC without which the foreign business or company with foreign interest cannot obtain a business permit.
3. Obtain business permit that is the written consent of the minister of internal affairs.
4. Expatriate quota - This is required if the company intends to have foreign employees.
5. The Combined Expatriate Resident Permit Along with Alien Card (CERPAC) - This document allows a foreigner to reside and work in Nigeria. Any Expatriate who intends to live and work in Nigeria for more than 56 days is required to obtain a CERPAC. International passport will suffice if the foreigner does not reside in Nigeria.

The guy in this photo will probably collapse & di.e before he sees WATER.
If he was well-informed or at least asked the right questions, he will only need to go 500 metres to get H20 (which is also water) as against going 8 kilometres before getting water.
A lot of people's collapse and eventual dea.th isnt caused by the devil but by their own ignorance and undoing....and nobody cant help such persons.
Of a truth, "my people perish for lack of KNOWLEDGE".
The price you pay for not knowing is much more than the price you pay for knowledge.
Don't think you know everything. No, you don't!!!
Get knowledge. Ask questions. Don't just sit there and suffer in silence.
The (financial) power you need is in the questions you are refusing to ask and the knowledge you are refusing to get.

Effective Dec 7th 2023, Burkina Faso has removed French as an official language. The country has adopted local languages as official languages.
Mali did the same thing in June 2023.
This move was seen as a symbolic break from the country's colonial past.

I'm happy seeing our men measuring up with their counterparts in the other states of the South East. It means that soon, we'll outgrow our economic woe which is why we are being underrated and stereotyped. It's a gradual process.
