Good Evening ladies and Gents. I want to bring something to your attention, and it's an issue I am running into frequently now. If I "HOLD" a bin open for a week and sometimes I've held them for more, this doesn't mean you forget about what you claimed and when I send an invoice it's "unexpected". I do this because I want the shipping to be worth it. I know I haven't been live, but this doesn't mean I'm not on top of things. Please be responsible, make yourself a note or put it into your phone as a reminder. This is very frustrating, and I feel disrespected. If this continues to happen I'm going to have to stop holding bins open and just invoice whatever is in your cubby. We are all adults here.
