I don’t think there’s even one person among us who’s heart has not broken from the horrors of what’s happening in turkey and Syria. Still figuring out how to be of larger help, but in the meantime, I’m going to make ten of these a day, hopefully some of you will buy them to eat/ gift - and all the money made on these will be used towards buying the things needed.. ideally and hopefully in a notable quantity.. coz that’s what happens when we all come together.. do spread the word xx love, Mandira

I’m back!!! Was heavily disoriented from an amazing and LONG summer break but now ready to crack on :) working on a mega master menu which will be mostly handy for entertaining.. various cuisines, lots of showstoppers🤩 Meanwhile, here’s the menu for this week.. this is likely to me the formula moving forward, where I do a small weekly menu for smaller groups etc and then the master mega for those who want options.. thanks as always for your immense love and support!! Sunday 12/09- a boozy goan Sunday beckons!
Continuing with the set menu Sunday thing! This is for *august 29* Khatti daal is definitely one of the yummiest things I have ever eaten and ‘swamiji aloo’- ha ha long story but it was taught to my fam by a swamiji my brother and I met in a yoga ashram - and brought home for several months- he’s nowhere to be seen now but his potatoes, a staple in our home 😂😂 also a quick reminder, my ‘oven’ and I are at The Dempsey project every Wednesday- such wonderful collaborations under that magical roof- look forward to seeing u there for the Great Spice Pot luck 🙂 x Mandira
