Good afternoon my lovely girls!! I’ve just finished to record my last few videos remaining for the new program that’s coming out tomorrow 😍🔥 and am soo excited!
For all the new girls here let me explain how CFProgram works..but I want to tell you 3 rules, before I start explaining what you will find inside:
✨Whatever you do, whether it’s even just half a workout, try to live it peacefully and be satisfied with what you manage to do. Don’t judge yourself, SUPPORT YOURSELF.
Because believe me that it will be with this positive attitude that you will push yourself to improve.
✨Start gradually and flexibly. My advice is always to start with the video.
Choose the workout the night before, prepare your corner and put PLAY.
✨”No fuss” philosophy: you are training not to judge yourself or to prove something to anyone. It’s not a competition with others or with yourself. Do your session with the tools you have at the moment and then little by little you will become better and better organized. TAKE IT EASY AND TRY TO HAVE FUN THIS IS THE RIGHT PATH.

Monday morning I finally went back to the gym and will do my classic 3 to 4 workouts every week.
Often when we talk about “results”, legs and swollen abdomen, we don’t take into consideration how much weight these things have on us:
🥦 NUTRITION (first and foremost)
💤 QUANTITY & QUALITY OF SLEEP
🤯 MENTAL STRESS (thoughts, worries, anxiety, etc.)
🫀PHYSICAL STRESS (to what and how much stress is the body subjected? How many hours do we stand? When and how do we rest?)
💡Other important things to remember: If you have very busy weeks and you aren’t able to train as you would like, don’t judge yourself and DON’T MAKE IT A PROBLEM. Simply live them and then manage yourself by better organizing your energy and time in the following weeks..
When you can’t train for “x” reasons, check what you can control with respect to all your other habits, such as your nutrition, your rest and your mental tranquility.
YOU ARE STRONG, but you are not invincible and it can happen that you get lost. Don’t see it as a problem, but as an opportunity to reinforce the idea of
WHAT YOU NO LONGER WANT FOR YOURSELF.
Help yourself with a program that can guide you. When you know what you need to do, it’s much easier to be motivated and focused to do it.

I’ve been doing it for many years and I talk about it every day, but let me tell you, I’m still amazed at how good it feels and how much it motivates me to wake up early, feel rested, and do things on my own terms and in my own time. I’m not just talking about exercising, but also about overall well-being.
Imagine this scenario: if I had to eat poorly, stay up late, watch mindless TV shows, neglect my projects, and disregard my own needs, I would turn into a walking zombie. So, what do you think would happen if I tried to wake up early and exercise in that state? It definitely wouldn’t be pleasant or rejuvenating, right? It would be a struggle, and most of the time, I would probably just hit snooze because I’d be tired, demotivated, weighed down, disconnected from myself, and lacking energy.
Exercise itself isn’t the miracle, WE are the miracle. The real miracle happens when we tap into our inner energy and find our purpose. It’s about feeling good in our bodies and working towards improvement without giving up or losing sight of ourselves. It’s about making heartfelt decisions and waking up refreshed, centred, and ready to take charge of our lives instead of just being passive observers.
It’s all connected, my friend, and it’s up to us to prioritise and take action so that everything else falls into place. For example, when I need to bounce back from a rough patch, I know I need to focus on my diet, how I spend my time, my work, my relationships, and finding a balance that sets me up for success.
This morning I did some work, I did a workout, I listened to some music and in the main time I had some ideas… I felt excited. A beautiful feeling 💙
As the sun is about to set for the last time in 2023, I reflect on the countless blessings and gratitude, intertwined with lessons learned and personal growth.
I discovered the importance of holding onto what truly matters and realising the past…
Let’s keep getting closer to those dreams and make the most of each day we are given!

Stop telling yourself you're no good.
It is only by embracing our mistakes and our shadows that we can flourish again.
Stop judging yourself and start understanding yourself.
When you criticize or judge yourself without doing anything, you are taking away space and time from your rebirth.
When you feel tired and confused, learn to slow down, rest and take time for yourself. If you don't have time for yourself and you feel bad about it, you have to change the rules of the game and start from the fact that you decide for your life.
Find your solutions.
You can do it.
Turn off the phone, turn off the TV.
Go somewhere in nature alone and reconnect with yourself and then learn to do it every day.
We don't need someone to tell us what we should do, we need to stay with us and follow our nature. You find the solution in the silence of your soul, not in the chaos of the world.
We are overstimulated. When everything seems difficult, take care of yourself . Don't make things worse . When everything becomes difficult, your strength and determination is needed.
Don’t give up.
Happy 5th birthday son ❤️ You made me a mother and that new relationship took over my whole being…from the time you’ve come into my life I’ve learnt to be more of me then I ever was. You have helped me finding strength and move on even on days I felt I was to weak.
I am so proud of the little sweet boy you’re becoming… and I pray God you continue to grow in strength, compassion, confidence, gratitude and love. You have my WHOLE heart son!

🪐REMINDERS
🪄Create your own time.
🪄Believe in your abilities.
🪄Trust yourself.
When we feel miserable, discouraged and unmotivated, we shouldn't ask ourselves what's wrong with us, but what we're forgetting about ourselves.
What are we overlooking? To which part of our being a woman are we no longer giving life and energy?
Good morning girls, how are you all doing? Been a while since I posted something here, but life has been overwhelming for me sometimes.. Little one, my business, and all my clients, and so on.
At the moment I'm very happy with it all because I feel like I'm reaping the fruits of my labour, which hasn’t been an easy journey, to say the least.
Today I can finally see my improvement in organisation and my energy, and this is allowing me to do many more things than before…
I'll leave you some input that helps me personally.
✨START FROM THE EVENING
The morning has gold in its mouth, yes, but everything starts in the evening, and so in addition to going to bed early (around 9:30/10 pm), I dedicate time to organising the day and reviewing my priorities, the night before by getting into the habit of choosing what I will wear, training gears and my client’s schedule. So I can wake up fresh and ready to conquer the day ahead.
Having recently decluttered my wardrobe has certainly helped me because it has allowed me to be aware that I only have things in my wardrobe that I put in and that I like.
✨TO BE MOTIVATED, PLEASURE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE MISSED.
Wake up at 5:30am/6am and immediately have porridge or cappuccino + music in the room, some days I train early morning some days I can’t. Cappuccino & music may seem like simple things, but they make that particular moment enjoyable for me.
✨TO BE CONSISTENT. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PERFECT BUT FLEXIBLE.
I don’t have too much time, but still want to train, to distribute the 3 workouts per week well, I do a 45' session - without stretching, but a nice cold shower after.
