The way you leave people on read, is exactly how life is going to treat you!
A lot of you are so inconsiderate when putting yourself first that you neglect, others in ways that were unnecessary. You don’t owe anyone reply but you do owe yourself respect in how your treat people, especially people who you’ve smiled with, laughed with, and have shared amazing memories with.
It saddens me that we live in a society who chooses to get their confidence and self empowerment by leaving people on read. They feel/think because of whatever backhanded, self-centered reason that “it’s no big deal,chill.”
Social media has become the new platform for interaction. So, leaving someone on read is exactly like someone looking you in the face and walking away in pure dismissiveness. ITS PASSIVE GASLIGHTING!
Do what you please but be mindful some relationships you never get back!
In the words of “someday whew someday, the one you gave away will be the only one your wishing for!
