In all honesty, this difficulty stems from our lack of accountability, focus, effort, and determination. We shouldn’t get so caught up on shifting blame, when we can focus on our end, and how we can improve the circumstance. This is a good time to remember that we, ultimately, are in control of our life and how we deal with things, and the paths we take. To better our circumstance, analyze which actions lead us here, then avoid repeating those actions.

Many of us are starting to figure out what went wrong, getting things sorted, and improving our overall quality of work/efforts. That’s awesome!
