Send us a video of you doing a physical activity or exercise to be entered into a drawing for a $5 Sonic gift card. For every video that you send us over the span of the next 7 days, your name will be entered. There is no limit to the amount of times we can enter your name, so send us your exercises and activities!!
We will draw 5 different students for the gift card on Tuesday, April 28th!
Sending the videos to our page by message would be best. Looking forward to seeing what activities/exercises you have been up to!

One of our young tigers played P.E. Tic Tac Toe! What a great way to get some exercise in!
Fill out a sheet with 9 squares, and inside the squares put your favorite exercises with an appropriate amount of reps. Enjoy! Send us pictures of your Tic Tac Toe sheets!
Here’s a 16-Minute Pyramid Workout for you to do today, kids! Start at the bottom and work your way up to the top! Repeat for 16 minutes and then you’re done!
PRO TIPS:
1. For your 26 Jumping Jacks, you can say your ABC’s instead of counting with numbers to get to 26!
2. On Frog Squats, squat all the way down to the floor and touch with both hands and then say “RIBBIT” on the way up!
3. For Sit-ups, swing your arms up and touch your toes on each one!
4. For Push-ups, pretend your body is a board and keep it super straight!

Thanks for the inspiring use of cans of corn JR. High! I used your creativity for a shoulder circuit. Modify the reps as you need to be tired but successful in completing the workout.
