Seltzer is like, super serious. It’s like, not even a laughing matter. We’re actually so serious that we fermented this super legit seltzer in freshly emptied wine barrels from Willamette Valley, adding in our mixed culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria. We even propagated that culture in apple juice a few times to remove any residual gluten, cause, again, we’re THAT serious about this. Then, we added a seriously large amount of cara cara and blood orange puree to juice it the ~heck~ up. And we thought “Ya know what? Let's can condition it for extra seriousness." And so here we are. The result is a flavorful, lightly tart and funky seltzer that finishes super crisp and as refreshing as any other seltzer out there. BUT SERIOUS.
