Morning everyone 🌺💜

Hey, it's a nice Saturday going on here! 🌸 If you (like me) love this beautiful core-strengthening balance navasana pose, but experience some troubles performing a full version - IT'S ABSOLUTELY OKAY! - here are few variations you can try first. And I'm happy to help you out here ☺️🙏

KEYS TO THE POSE:
🔷 Keep your spine straight at all times, reaching with your lower abs towards thighs.
🔷 Maintain the feeling of spine stretching, reaching up with the top of your head.
🔷 Spine angle equals legs angle. Meaning: the higher the legs - the higher the body and vice versa.

VARIATIONS:
🍀 Easy - maintaining all the keys, described above, find your balance on the sitting bones and hold your legs, keeping your hands under your knees. Knees are bent 90 degrees, shins parallel to the floor. The chest is open. The center of the chest reaches forward.
🍀 Moderate - try to release your hands, reaching them forward, parallel to the floor. The body doesn't move or roll back. Hold it in place.
🍀 Full - slowly, keeping your body still, try to straighten your knees.

There is, actually, an even easier variation, but it still makes your abs work - oh my! 😅 Do you want me to share it with you in the next post? Let me know in the comments below!👇👇👇
Peace! ☮💜

DO TEACHERS NEED TO LEARN❓

People tend to think that getting a profession is a limited time deal. You study within a certain timeframe - then "whop!" - get a diploma/certificate, meaning you are a ready-to-go specialist. But life is an endless process, and there are no "final stops" along the ride. So even you get an official confirmation of a certain degree or a profession you got, this doesn't mean you don't nead to learn afterwards.👨‍🎓👩‍🎓

On my yoga path I encounter this idea almost every time I put my feet on the mat.

Yoga teacher certificate that I got back in 2012 is only a piece of paper with a stamp on it, this doesn't mean I'm a master, so I force myself to continuously learn to serve other people and my body better. That's my path😊🧘‍♀️

What are your points of continuous growth? What do you do and what do you like about your occupation? Let's get to know each other.👋

Hereare some tips for with - a pose that improves balance, leg and core strength and spine extension!

Remember: never round your spine or roll back on the tailbone! This applies to all sitting positions. 😊

Have a safe and joyful practice!☺️😚 Let me know of any questions/comments you have in mind in the comments below.
