📚 As you may or may not know, I have a full time job, two kiddos and a husband, and I’m a part-time college student. I will be taking some time off to focus on my studies and family a bit more but I will 100% be back by Christmas next year to keep up with advent calendars and hot chocolate bombs. I hope to be back at it as usual the following year.

Now that I’m all done with Christmas treats and orders, my freeze dryer is back to its original programming. This weekend I freeze dried diced carrots, onions, celery, green and red bell pepper. I store these in mason jars in my pantry. So easy to add a bit of water to reconstitute then toss into a spaghetti sauce or a soup.

I have a handful of my advent calendars that I need to clear out to make room for more hot chocolate bombs. That means that if you waited till the last minute, it’s your lucky day.

My last few calendars have a mix of everything seen in the photo, some mixes may be different though. You may not have Oreos or pretzel in your mix but you will still have tons of delicious chocolate filling up each day.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!!

I have spent all day in the kitchen prepping for The Original Navan Market holiday market! I will be prepping even more tomorrow.
