We are honored to invite one of GAPdemy's partners”Hong Kong Expressive Arts Therapy Service Center”, to lead one of the sessions of the GAPdemy conference , so our guests can take the lead in trying the content of the GAPdemy course.

我們很榮幸邀請GAPdemy其中一位合作夥伴「香港表達藝術治療中心」為GAPdemy研討會帶領其中一個環節，讓嘉賓可以率先嘗試有關課程內容。

The guests of GAPdemy actively participated in the discussion during the exchange time. They shared their experiences on Youth Education in the Future, and how can young people in Hong Kong find their own life goals and goals through innovative learning models such as GAP YEAR.

GAPdemy的嘉賓們在交流時間中，都積極参與討論，有關於未來「休」質青年教育的心得，現今香港年青人如何能夠透過GAP YEAR 等等創新的學習模式，找回自己的人生目標和意義。

At the GAPdemy conference ‘Youth Education in the Future’ our guests listened very carefully to HSUHK Head of Department of Marketing Dr. Haksin Chan shared about Liberal Arts Education, hope all our guests had a full harvest.

之前訪問過的Gapdemy於2021年8月28日在恒生大學舉辦了一場研討會，Millie邀請了十位不同界別人士分享其人生經驗及討論未來教育。

教育界人士的觀點
當中，教育界香港恆生大學市場學系系主任陳克先博士、ABC Pathways Group創辦人及主席黃林趣玲女士、播道書院盧偉成校長及真道書院校長曹希銓博士透過講述個人人生經歷，細談未來教育。他們普遍認為同學需要爭取課堂以外的經驗，以擴闊他們的視野，在過程中必會擦出火花，燃點他們對人生目標的追求。當中更提及一個例子：一個中五的學生，立定志向要做大學做研究的教授，以致現在已經協助兩間大學的教授做研究。

商界人士的角度
商界人士Green Tomato Limited 項目研發專員廖澤恆先生、Green Tomato Limited技術傳教士陸浩熹女士及和富社會企業董事李美辰女士的對談中更加説到，考試只能評估同學在學校所學的知識，但其實這些知識在職場(尤其是在資訊科技界)作用不大。所以，他們更重視的是工作申請人有否同理心、渴望成長的心態、有否resilience、以及有否Love and care。有講者更引述畢加索的名言："The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away."

導師的經驗
D.E.C.T. Production創辦人謝思維先生、自由學園創辦人陳曉慧女士及港島常青扶輪社社長唐加威先生亦都分享了如何幫助年青人尋找人生的火花的經驗，怎樣令同學從認為人生並無意義到確立自己人生的方向。總括而言，就是蕭伯納所說的 “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”

未來方向
參加是次研討會的人有約百人，大家都渴望為年青一代打造更好的教育，在現行教育制度下，若同學能休學一年，有時間及空間讓他們思考如何確立自己人生的方向，將會為他們帶來莫大的裨益。

一名參與的家教會主席說：「原本對這概念有點認識，亦有點抗拒。經過今天的研討會，改變了想法，希望讓升中三的兒子參加！」
