This is a apology to my neighbors.
Beans has been acting like a hormonal teenaged boy these past couple days.
Any odd loud screeching noises are just him calling to his new found love Star. Star is on a small workcation at our house this week and Beans had fallen in love and can not be separated from her.
I promise he will stop but for now please ignore his pathetic brays.😇🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

The face you make when you think of yourself as a professional rope pony and just want to chase calfs, but your owner thinks you need to start listening to her more, because you are infact not a professional rope pony but a green one and just chase calfs with no real direction, so for 2 days now you've been doing dry work.
You got to love a horse with as much try as Angel has, even when she gets a little confused.❤😂

Someone clearly thought of himself as attention deprived. I turned around from petting Angel to see Beans making the cutest face. He may act all mean at times but in reality he's just a big ole puppy.❤

11 year old AQHA mare. Loves Apples. Socially Akward. Licks everything in sight. Does no wrong. Not a mean bone in her body unless you intrupt her nap. Runs in things. Loves getting pampered
Beans 🤡
2 year old mini donkey gelding. Will act like a big bad dude but is really just a mommas boy. Enjoys bum scratches. Has a bad hair cut. Bites Ankles. Will screech until he gets his food or attention.
Cathy😈
1 year old AQHA mare. Will try to attack you if you don't scratcher and she wants scratched. Still learning to horse. Red/boss mare in training.

17 year old AQHA mare. Will find every reason as to why she shouldn't be rode. Always grumpy. Acts like she hates attention but we all know she enjoys it. Worlds Pickiest eater.

16 years old grade gelding. Wishing his pasture mates were normal. Retired. Could pull down a house. Enjoys getting brushed.
Paisley 🤠
10 year old AQHA mare. Will die for her friends. Loves chasing cows. Not fat just big b***d. Has a ice cream cone on her head. Will act all sorry till you scratch her chin.

Today when your having your cookouts and parties on your day off, remember the real cause of your day off and show respect towards the flag that so many died fighting for. If it wasn't for these brave souls that didn't make it back who knows what this wonderful country would look like today. And if you see there mothers, fathers, wives, children make sure to show them respect too because I am sure the day they got a call saying the their soldier won't be coming home was a awful day for them to be living.

A certain grey horse I know may or may not have lost a shoe and hidden it from me....
Now I don't know if it was wiggled loose at the rodeo this past weekend, it was decently muddy, and she lost it in the pasture.
Or she lost it there after are runs in the alley, I did zoom in on her foot during are run video and I could she it, and in the rush to get her untacked and the trailer packed miss that she was missing it. Because I am just a terrible owner and I for once didn't pick her hooves when brushing her down so I couldeasilyhave missed it not being there.
So we have a horse shoe on the loose missing in action between the arena and her pasture. 😂
Only caught a few seconds, but here is Beans being a helpful little guy bringing in Angel for me. He just walked up and took the rope out of my hand and walked off toward the barn. 😂
Till of course Cathy decided she is the only one allowed to be the star of the show.😂

2 pretty girls happy to be in out of the rain.
Believe it or not Cathy has taken over boss mare position and poor Angel is now getting bossed around by a yearling.😂
Most of the time though they get along like old friends and it is fun to see Angel, Beans, Jackson, and Cathy romping around. And if Angel comes in the other 3 stand next to the barn waiting to either go inside or for their friend to be put back.
2 day rodeos are a blessing. Whdn the first day goes wrong you have the second to come back.
Angel and I may not have had the greatest day, scratch that it was honestly terrible. But tonight we are just going to chill out forget about the bad runs and hope for a better tomorrow ❤

Today at a rodeo the weather played a April fools joke on Miss Angel and I.
Thankfully this was after are breakaway roping run and there were only 6 teams in the team roping left before the slack part of the rodeo was all finnished.
There was serious wind and rain and before we knew it the power said goodbye. Thankfully they got some generators up and running for the performance this evening.
The last 6 runs were team roping runs and after the sun came out all their brave soles decided it was bright enough (which it was) to just finnish up. What a day it has been. Angel handle the black out like the champ she is 🙌

Angels tail was only cut and washed once this winter and my goodness does it look amazing!!!
Tail bags and braided tail for the win!!!
Now for warmer weather so I can give it a deep clean and another good cut!

Today is my gotcha day with Beans and I have officially had him for 2 years!
The first 2 pictures are the day I got him and he was only 6 months old. The last 2 are from yesterday morning. He's still the cutest donkey ever just much more grown up!

Looking for a fast way to brush your horse in a hurry? Well look no farther then your local grocery store! A broom with soft brisels cover more surface area at once for a quick brushing! Along with that it is a perfect way to absolutely confuse and desensitized your horse! Angels expression says it all!
(This is a joke she was properly brushed afterwards for anyone with no sense of humor)

Beans is always the welcoming committee when one of his freinds return home.
Once he sees the trailer start pulling in he makes his way up to the barn. And when the door opened to the trailer and he saw Angel he started to do some happy squeaks.😊
