Hey guys! Sorry for the negative post but I have to address this AGAIN.
If you no show, I don’t get paid. Simple as that
We’ve had so many no show’s recently and yes we take deposits but recently that’s not made a difference. It’s extremely inconsiderate, it takes seconds to write us a message. We are human we 100% understand that life happens and things get in the way, but even an hours notice gives us chance to fill that space. We have bills to pay and children to feed too so please think about that before deciding to just not show up.
In future from now on, Burns.ink is gonna give only one extra chance. You will be required to pay the full amount upfront when booking again. This will be non refundable. If a no show happens again then you will be black listed and not given another chance.
Apologies to be so negative especially to our loyal customer audience, we appreciate you so much!
