Did you know 🧐.... Bulgarians harvest Lemon Balm (also called Matochina) early in the summer (May-July) before it has had the chance to blossom. They believe its healing powers are at their peak right before its little white flowers appear.

Did you know 🧐.... Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), is part of the mint family and very native to south-central Europe! Many believe that bees and lemon balm have a very special relationship and that bees would never abandon a hive if the herb grew nearby!

Or if you are the casual lover of tea and enjoy the variety of tastes and aromas herbal tea offers, then you are one of us too!
Our teas originate from the beautiful mountains and valleys of Bulgaria where locals have been drinking herbal teas as a substitute for modern medicine for generations. We chose to be the followers of this tradition but also cannot resist the fragrant and delicious taste of the herbs in our morning and evening cuppa.
Our selection of tea varies from offering a single herb tea pack to a number of handmade concoctions in our BIY range (Blend it Yourself) created to enhance the taste but also combine the goodness of different herbs to promote health in specific parts of our body and mind.
