My all-time favorite transformation, isn’t a client for me he’s an elder brother who wanted some guiding with his eating habits and workout routine 🙏🏻💪🏻

We started way back where he had a shoulder injury that prevented him from flexing his shoulder and extending it to the full ranges, we worked on some mobility for his joints and built up the program gradually till we were capable of training pain free and with higher volumes and intensities.

Ezz now changed his mindset to being more aware of his food choices and daily routine of taking care of himself. Watch out for that beast 🔥

Really proud of that guy too many more brother! 🌟🤙🏻🤙🏻

The Weekend Mobility 🧘‍♂️

The majority of people believe that mobility is doing a stretch to your muscle and moving it, however flexibility and mobility are actually different.

Flexibility: it’s the ability of bending to reach a range of motion with support or help, while …

Mobility: it’s the ability of bending to reach the maximum range of motion you have without any support.

You’re goal is to make both as close as each other (15-20%) less in the mobility is good 💯.

You should do mobility training and take care of your joints to keep them functioning properly and healthy.

That’s called the Nutrition Pyramid 🥘

In order of Importance:

1-Calorie Intake
2-Macros
3-Micros
4-Timing
5-Supplements

1-Your calories in&out, meaning how much do you consume energy and how much do you expend your energy. Differentiates depending on your goal.

2-Macros, Our Macronutrients are
-Protein (Meat,Chicken,Fish)
-Fats (Nuts,Avocado,Olive “oil”)
-Carbs (Rice,Pasta,Bread)
Depending on your goal and body composition you should calculate how much you will consume of each.

3-Micros, Our Micronutrients are:
-Vitamins
-Minerals
That’s for more precise results and better health.

4-Timing, when do you eat your meals and what do you eat before or after workouts. When to eat carbs and protein that’s not very important for general population, but for people with more advanced goals, the next thing is supplementation.

5-Supplements, again hitting the end of the pyramid is not necessary for the general population at all, but is essential for professional athletes and people who target more advanced goals.

Remember that’s just explaining the Nutrition pyramid we didn’t talk about each point in deep details, will be sharing weekly about nutrition.
