Fresh tomato basil pasta with both the tomatoes and basil grown in our little garden. There’s nothing quite like the reward of delicious, nutritious garden produce being turned into a yummy meal like this 🍅 (Ellis was really into eating multiple basil leaves right after he picked them, so I guess he agrees) 🌿
Avocado Pouchies!!!
I started making fruit/veggie pouches for Ellis as soon as he could eat real food and right away he would eat any pouch I gave him but now he’s demanding only “avocado pouchies”. Anything for you, buddy.
A tradition I look forward to every single day 🥓
Fried rice is a staple in our house and we seem to always have a leftover Tupperware full in the fridge at all times.
We use whatever protein we have available which is usually bacon and throw in any veggies on hand. Super easy but fast meal so prepare all the steps ahead of time and cooking will be a breeze!
Here’s another batch of fried rice we made with our leftover Bo Ssam from thanksgiving! Definitely one of our favorites.
We make fried rice nearly once a week and this week we want to share our techniques with you!
Wishing everyone a safe, healthy and happy Thanksgiving weekend! Hope everyone is enjoying spending time with family and friends 👨👩👦
Thanksgiving day spread- We have so much to be thankful and grateful for this year!
brisket 🤤
This is an extremely tasty and easy meal to throw together. We used frozen Halibut that we quick thawed in water earlier that day. We would have thrown avocado in the salsa also but didn’t have one ready. The fried potatoes are a staple for us and something we eat at least once a week. And palomas! Bon appetite!
We cooked up Halibut with a mango, corn and avocado salsa and will be posting the video shortly! 🧑🍳
One day Daniel started craving gnocchis, but we try to avoid regular potatoes and flour, so we had to get a little creative with this recipe!
We use orange sweet potatoes, almond flour, and arrowroot for a paleo twist on a classic. We start by boiling the gnocchis until they float to cook them, and at that point you can eat them; however, we prefer to sauté them to get a nice crisp on the outside! For the Pork we made a blueberry reduction which balances the meal nicely.
This recipe makes a ton, so we enjoy the leftovers all week! Leave us a comment and give us some suggestions of what else you’d like to see us make!
Sweet Potato Gnocchi’s comin right up!
Wanna learn how to fold a perfect dumpling? Chef Danielle’s got the secrets!
We love dumplings. It’s one of our favorite foods and one of the only gluten dishes we eat regularly. We picked up this technique from watching @ cook these on his weekly cooking class which is always great to join along.

Daniel’s friends took over the stream but what good is family cooking if you can’t enjoy time with friends and family!? Let us know your favorite dumplings in the comments or if you ever make them from scratch!
Happy Friday Y’all! Today we are posting our Pork Dumplings video so stay tuned for that! Follow our page for more recipes and cooking tips
Hope everyone is having a great week!!
This is a recipe that Danielle, who’s family is Lebanese, made up using inspiration from a goat cheese stuffed chicken recipe we found in one of our favorite cookbooks. We’ve made this a few different ways and you can use whatever fresh veggies you have available. We like adding zucchini, corn, peppers and onion. This dish is simple to make and easy to cleanup since it’s all made in 1 pan! Enjoy!
