This Saturday, y'all. Live music by Tim Usrey, homemade barbecue, raffles, auctions, and a good cause. Come out and help some vets get paired with service dogs.

Our next fundraiser is coming up on June 1st! This time we'll be raising money for Patriot Paws, an incredible organization that trains service dogs and pairs them with veterans in need. Come out and get some fantastic barbecue, win some cool stuff in the auction, and enjoy the music.

For those that can join us. We will be going to share commune with Bryson Doc Long on his birthday this Sunday. We will be KSU @ 3:30 PM from McKinney Pizza Tavern. We will spend time with Doc at his gravesite and then head to Bethany Tavery afterward.

We'd be absolutely nothing at all without our supporters. The list is extremely long of folks that continuously show up and show out for our events. Family members, other MCs, and local businesses.

Wanna give a huge shoutout to Evolution!! They were a major contributor for our last event, which is really no different than any other outing we have.

You can always tell which companies will go above and beyond for YOU if they're doing it for their local community for no profit, just to help! Thanks to Evolution Leak Detection and Pool Repair, we were able to put a veteran in a track chair he desperately needed to get back out in the world.

We did a good thing this weekend. We raised over $10K for the Independence Corps! In addition, G.J. Chavez and Associates https://www.gjchavezlaw.com/ agreed to match our donation meaning that the grand total going to the Independence Corps https://independencecorps.org/ is over $20,000 dollars.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated and was involved in our fundraiser earlier this year and a huge shoutout to the Sikh Riders of America for their generous donation to our mission! We’ve officially donated $4345 to the VRC of Dallas and raised nearly $3k for Brenleigh. Awesome work everyone.

Quick reminder, this Thursday night we will have a great time at the McKinney VFW and we are going to do some good while we do it. Come out and support the McKinney VFW by buying great priced drinks at the bar, support the Veteran's Resource Center out of Dallas by eating food or purchasing raffle tickets and finally contribute to CM Doc's daughter's 529 plan by making donations for in Memorium Doc merchandise. We really look forward to seeing you there!

Texas nonprofit aims to get veterans off the streets and into RVs The nonprofit depends on RV donations. Once they give a vet an RV, they secure a location – either on private property or an RV park.

Disabled veterans in Texas, please take note.

A Texas law is adding new license plate and placard requirements for disabled veterans Senate Bill 792 went into effect on January 1st and disabled veterans who want to use disabled parking spaces in 2022 will need to apply for a disabled parking placard or a license plate with the ISA symbol.
