The most fabulous and grown up pizza I've made.
Tomato and garlic Base, fresh basil and mozzarella torn about liberally with some green chilli and nduja to top.

It's bloody gorgeous; wheat free, spelt base, passata, haggis, red onion, mature cheddar, sage, dashes of Frank's hot sauce for a kick and a little bit of mozzarella for that stringy top.
Nom Nom Nom. Gonna need a drop of single malt to finish it off...
