It feels good to be back after a hiatus of almost one year after I got pregnant and delivered a healthy baby boy.

I am good. But bit busy since I have to finish Alpha Prince and His Replacement Bride this month. I had intended to complete it last month since it was the deadline for royal romance competition. But I fell sick and things took an U turn.

Meanwhile, I wrote my first short story - Wild Adventures with Mr. Morris. It is something I am working on as a side project now. I plan to bring more such stories depending on it's reception.

Also, for all my fans from the Claiming book, I have finally dropped the teaser chapter of the third book- The Fate. It is the final book of the series.

I will be on a break till the 14th of this month since I am traveling to the mountains. If I can write in between I will definitely do it for my lovely readers. But I hope you can understand that I need this break a lot. They are finally allowing people who are double vaccinated to travel. This is going to be my first genuine trip post covid hit the world. ✈️

I am busy packing my clothes. I am expecting cold weather in the mountains. So, I have to pack a lot of winter clothes. ❄️

Well, I am a big fan of Henry Cavill (my perfect superman), Chris Evans (my only Captain America), and Ian Somerhalder from Vampire Diaries' fame. Ivan Black shares their ice-blue eyes and dark hair.

I am yet to finalize how he looks. But for now, I am settling with the male model Mike's picture.

When I started figuring out Ivan, I wanted to portray an impressive male figure who is not afraid to back his lady love. I have always believed that a strong man can only support and understand a strong woman.

Mia is sassy and ambitious. She isn't afraid of taking risks or making things work the way she wants. She is full of goals. And a fragile man cannot deal with such an overtly ambitious, spunky, and capable woman. So, I wanted Ivan to be bold enough to support her. But I also wanted him to be gritty enough to bring out her vulnerable side as well.

An appreciation post for all my loving readers and support systems... I have never felt this proud.

I work in an MNC. So the aspiration of writing was pushed back with horrible working hours and I had become a passive reader. But one fine day, I wrote. And I just felt like I reconnected with my soul. The zombie effect was gone! I never stopped. The love I received is the reason behind it.

Now after my second book has reached 100k mark in such a short time, I feel like I can bring more and share more. I have so many stories to tell.

I have finally quit my 9 to 5 job to embrace my true calling. July would be my last month. Post that I will be a proud fulltime author.
