Fired up the 'Green River' 250 gallon pit to do a little seasoning and final burning out of the cook chamber while we finish up a few punchlist items. Super happy with the efficiency of this firebox design, with two inches of insulation sandwiched between two 1/4" thick plates, she used very little wood after the initial burn out. Two upper slide out racks, and three lower drop in racks account for 3,118 square inches of cooking surface to 'meat' your needs. All attachments designed in-house and produced on our Spark Robotic XR-84 plasma table, and can be sold individually.
