For more than 160 years, The Spire, the magnificent historic designated building has been a notable landmark.

After two failed roofing systems in the past 30 years, it was time to start looking for a product that could truly meet its advertised lifespan and ensure the longevity of the building.

After much discussion, the architect on the project felt confident that Enviroshake would last its guaranteed lifetime of 50 years. Our Aged Cedar Enviroshake was installed on the building in November of last year.

The Home owner just bought the house for his son and he wanted the best material available on his roof.

So we decided to go with which is synthetic cedar(approved by the home owners association).

There are a lot of information about this roof(I might even share with you in the future) but what you need to know is:

- 50 year factory warranty versus 25 year expectancy of the regular cedar roof;
- Maintenance FREE;
- It can take stronger wind without any damage;
- Looks better than your neighbor’s roof;
- Approved by your home owner association;
- Fire retardant, making them a safer option.

The only problem about this material is that it is hard to find reliable contractors to install this material in your property and that’s why you should contact us for a FREE inspection and FREE estimate in your roof… specially if your house is 20 years or older.
